Lola was rescued by the Humane Society of Wickenburg shelter in Arizona, US, along with her six puppies after they had all been living on the streets for months.

Lola saw each of her pups go to new home but was left waiting to find one of her own, with the two-year-old being kept at the shelter for 400 days.

With hopes of finding her a home beginning to fade, she was transferred to the Arizona Humane Society for a change of scenery and a chance at finding a new owner.

Incredibly, less than 24 hours after making the move, Lola was adopted and has now already moved in with her new family.

The Arizona Humane Society shared the heartwarming news on Facebook along with pictures of Lola looking made up to have finally found her home.
